Our latest acquisition. Ever since we moved to Venice, we have been clients of the law office of Kanetsky, Moore & DeBoer. We value them, not only for being very professional and for being the best law firm in town, but over the years the four partners have also become good friends and trusted advisers. We do not think that we would have been able to build and grow our business without them. When Kanetsky, Moore &DeBoer decided to sell two of their office buildings as well as their adjacent lot on business 41, they did not hesitate to ask us, if we were interested to puchase these properties. They also made it very easy for us to buy and lease it back to them. The buildings and the lot offer great oportunities for future development.
