RECENT ACQUISITION

Our latest acquisition. Since we moved to Venice we have been clients at the law offices of Kanetsky, Moore & DeBoer. This is not only the best Law firm in town, the 4 partners became good friends and advisers. We do not think that we would have been able to build or business without them. When it came for them to sell the two office buildings and the adjecent lot on business 41 they asked us first and made it very easy for us to buy it and lease it back to them. The buildings and the lot offer great oportunities for futter development.
